Consulting the subproject management for eCare/Online Selfservices. Performing specific tasks in the eCare area that lead to the development of functions and components by IT and a vendor. eCare means providing a brand-new web portal with self-service/self-administration features for B2B customers. The target group for the product is B2B end customers, ranging from small SMEs to large enterprise clients.
The tasks:
- Advising the subproject management on all matters related to eCare
- Providing conceptual advice for software to be built according to state-of-the-art standards for eCare
- Writing functional/technical descriptions and detailed specifications for required new developments
- Defining acceptance criteria and supporting the creation of the BRT (Business Readiness Test) test catalog
- Defining epics and user stories
- Analyzing and visualizing service and business processes
- Identifying and highlighting concrete improvement potentials in existing processes
- Conducting final acceptance tests before go-live
