Focus areas that can complement your responsibilities (the exact division is still open and will be discussed during the interview process):
- Filling open positions in your teams, including managing the relocation process for international hires: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from job posting to hiring, ensuring the “cultural fit”
- Responsibility for master data maintenance and personnel administration (e.g., drafting employment contracts, certificates, contract amendments, references, etc.)
- Close collaboration with external service providers (e.g., payroll accounting, digital meal vouchers, health insurance companies, etc.)
- Creating HR reports
- Leading various projects, e.g., in occupational safety, health management, or internal training
