Description
- Analyze user behavior across various touchpoints (e.g.: acquisition marketing, CRM, and customer service) and derive recommendations for the specialist teams, as well as answer management and business questions based on data
- Evaluate and analyze reports on the effectiveness and impact of marketing measures and campaigns on customer behavior and customer lifetime value (CLV) and derive actions in cooperation with the specialist teams
- Set up success monitoring
- Continuously optimize reporting and analyses in terms of quality, automation, and visualization
- Contribute to interdisciplinary projects to optimize the data foundation, create a customer 360 view, and calculate CLV
- Operationalize data products/data models (e.g., customer 360 view, CLV, customer segmentation, data foundation optimization, and tracking requirements)
- Able to independently optimize and drive topics forward
Requirements
- You have relevant professional experience in customer analysis, insights management, reporting, marketing, or CRM
- You can analyze complex issues and data structures, derive insights, and prepare and visualize them in a structured way for specialist teams and management
- You have excellent analytical skills and can communicate purposefully with teams such as data, product/tech, and marketing
- You have good knowledge of cloud-based analytics tools (AWS, Google Cloud) and are proficient with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Good knowledge of query, scripting, and programming languages used in the data environment (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python)
- Knowledge of SQL & Power BI (MUST HAVE!)
