Our client is looking for a Finance Expert in the areas of finance transformation and S4/HANA implementation.
Analysis and consulting on the specification of new, demand-oriented requirements/optimization measures in the area of alternative payment methods/online payment methods (in particular PayPal, credit card, ApplePay/GooglePay)
Development of solution concepts for process optimizations in the area of alternative payment methods/online payment methods, taking into account the Order-to-Cash end-to-end processes, as well as project-related planning and management of necessary steps for implementation in the transformation projects or project initiatives (IT transformation project)
Identification of optimization potentials in the Order-to-Cash area, with the aim of increasing input data and information granularity in the respective target systems (SAP S4/HANA)
Implementation of requirements in the respective projects (IT transformation project) and conducting necessary tracking · development and further development of quality measures within the mentioned value chain
Creation of control aspects, considering completeness and accuracy of finance-relevant migration objects during concept creation and the migration phase (IT transformation project)
Preparation of information for management decisions
Detailed knowledge of operational finance processes in the Order-to-Cash value chain with the following focus areas:
Alternative payment methods/online payment methods (in particular PayPal, credit card, ApplePay/GooglePay, etc.) with a focus on business models in the telecommunications sector
Receivables management
Experience in integration with payment service providers and banks
Knowledge in adjacent areas (e.g., procurement and general ledger, controlling)
Expert knowledge focused on SAP standards, FI, and especially S4/HANA
Professional experience in IT, process, and project management, ideally with experience in agile project methodologies
Industry expertise in the telecommunications sector
Knowledge of IFRS and HGB
