Description
For our client in the medical hygiene supplies sector, we are currently looking for an expert in Customer Experience Management with a focus on implementation.
As part of a project, the customer experience of the lead-to-cash process was analyzed and short-term optimization potentials were identified. Your task is to work closely with frontline employees in various areas to analyze and optimize these gaps in more detail.
- Set up the program organization, plan tasks, and create work packages
- Lead the implementation/project team across different service functions
- Shadowing & coaching of internal employees in the context of experience optimization
- Support the implementation of selected change management processes & measures
- Assist in the development and rollout of training concepts
- Establish a governance structure for success measurement
- Conduct weekly status meetings for progress control
- Report to management
Requirements
- Experienced in project & change management in a similar project role
- Proven experience in coaching and leading employees in service organizations
- Know-how in Customer Experience Management
- Experienced in handling change processes across various processes and systems
- Deep knowledge of E2E processes
- Experienced as a project manager with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and networking skills
