Concept development, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns within the customer base
Conceptual design, briefing, coordination and monitoring of the implementation of complete marketing campaigns with all internal interfaces:
Concerns business transactions, cross-sell, upsell, contract renewals, prevention and retention – current focus is on prevention
Involves the channels print, SMS, email, online and outbound telesales
Three product categories: 1) mobile contracts, 2) data contracts for e.g. tablets, and 3) fixed network, such as DSL and FTTH
Campaign management experience is mandatory
Experience in the telecommunications sector (must have)
Seniority level: at least 3-5 years of professional experience
