Concept development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns within the existing customer base
Designing, briefing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end marketing campaigns with all internal interfaces:
Covers transactions, cross-sell, upsell, VVL (contract extensions), prevention, and retention – current focus on prevention
Covers channels: print, SMS, email, online, and outbound telesales
Three product categories: 1) mobile phone contracts, 2) data contracts (e.g., for tablets), and 3) fixed network, i.e., DSL and FTTH
Campaign management experience required
Experience in telecommunications (must have)
Seniority level: min. 3-5 years of professional experience
