Our growing marketing team currently has 5 people, we have set ourselves big goals and working together gives us fulfillment. To keep it that way, we are looking for someone who really knows about the topics we’re handling right now: acquiring new customers through online channels. You’ll use the right platforms (Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn …) and paid media channels (Search, Display, Native …), focus on the right audience segments, always keep an eye on performance and adjust as needed. You gained your experience in e-commerce, telco and sustainability and you know how to find and speak to our well-defined audience.
Build, implement and further develop an online-based (later cross-channel) customer acquisition strategy that takes into account the specifics of our target group (common good, sustainability)
Develop campaign plans and handle operations with your favorite tools: book, test, monitor, analyze, learn, optimize performance – simply always get the best result
Design and configure workflows and campaigns on YouTube, other social media, via banners, newsletters, email, landing pages in collaboration with content, graphics and web colleagues
Monitor market trends – it’s important for you to stay up to date
Support SEA/SEO, contribute your ideas to the team’s current tasks
Identification with our values and the willingness to try new approaches
Enjoy working with data, a strong understanding of audiences and their media usage
2+ years of experience in online campaign management / paid social / performance marketing
Experience in project management, storytelling, customer journey building, marketing automation
Native-level German
An analytical mind with a passion for performance analysis and interpretation
