An US-based land investment company, specializing in metropolitan areas across the United States, engages in the acquisition and sale of land. With a focus on approximately 30-40 deals annually, the company plays a key role in the real estate market, leveraging its expertise in land transactions within urban settings.
High-Level Demands: We request a comprehensive AI-driven solution integrated into our CRM system (Investment Dominator) for the land acquisition process. Here's a high-level overview of the proposed approach:
3.1 Lead Funnel Integration: Leads are seamlessly integrated into the CRM system, allowing for a centralized and organized repository of potential sellers.
3.2 Automated Phone Call Handling & Texting: The AI system automatically retrieves phone numbers from relevant sources, likely brokers, and initiates calls & texts to sellers.
3.3 Scripted Conversations: Using a provided script, the AI engages in conversations with sellers. It focuses on building rapport, understanding seller needs, and negotiating based on pre-defined purchase prices.
3.4 Negotiation and Agreement: The AI employs negotiation tactics within the script to guide sellers toward accepting pre-defined purchase terms, ultimately securing a "yes" from the seller.
3.5 Automated Documentation: Once an agreement is reached, the AI initiates the preparation of contracts. These contracts are sent to sellers through platforms like DocuSign and via email, streamlining the documentation process.
3.6 Follow-Up and Completion: The AI system conducts follow-up activities until the seller signs the contracts, ensuring a smooth and timely completion of the transaction.
3.7 Texting Integration: By integrating this highly automated AI solution into your CRM system, the company aims to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness in land acquisition processes.
