Development of strategic and content concepts for knowledge management as well as the integration of interfaces, taking existing systems into account.
Definition and automation of content types and media data in the knowledge management system. This includes the use and configuration of variables as well as the automation of content processes for different brands.
Collection, definition, and requirements management in the migration project involving relevant service providers, technical experts, and internal teams. All adjustments based on project requirements are continuously prioritized and implemented.
Management of the technical implementation between departments, service providers, and technology partners. This includes controlling the implementation roadmap, defect and issue management, and tracking and documenting in appropriate tools.
