Description
Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve company goals
Responsible for leading and further developing the sales team
Build and maintain customer relationships and expand existing business
Analyze and explore new markets and business areas
Manage budget and revenue responsibilities and prepare sales forecasts and reports
Negotiate contracts and terms with customers and partners
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product management, and production to ensure optimal customer support
Monitor sales processes and implement improvement measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
Many years of experience in sales and customer management, ideally in a leadership role
Good sales network in caravan, automotive, agricultural machinery, furniture, sports and leisure, health, equipment technology, and water sports preferred
Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies in the plastics injection molding sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A broad network in the relevant industries
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
