Description
Development and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve company objectives
Responsibility for leading and further developing the sales team
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships as well as expanding existing business relationships
Analysis and tapping into new markets and business areas
Budget and revenue responsibility as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports
Negotiation of contracts and terms with customers and partners
Collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, product management, and production to ensure optimal customer support
Monitoring of sales processes and implementation of
improvement measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
Many years of experience in sales and customer management, ideally in a leadership position
Good sales network in the sectors of caravans, automotive, agriculture, furniture, sports and leisure, health, equipment technology, water sports desirable
Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies in the plastics - injection molding sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A broad network in the relevant industries
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and further develop a team
