Advising the Channel Lead on prioritizing and documenting the defined requirements
Experience in process design within the retail sector: knowledge of developing and documenting retail-specific business processes, especially in an omnichannel and cross-tribe environment.
Experience in requirements management: ability to gather, prioritize and define business processes and high-level requirements in the retail context.
Knowledge of omnichannel strategies: understanding of cross-channel processes in the Buy, Product, Inlife, Leave and Partner Tribes.
Documentation and modeling skills: experience creating documentation structures and using Jira and Confluence for requirements documentation in German and English.
Knowledge in Retail Sales & Service Frontend: experience with business requirements and their impact on cross-tribe feature planning.
Preparing decision papers: confident use of PowerPoint to create decision papers according to the Channel Lead's guidelines.
