Planning and implementation of a new Business Process Management suite to standardize processes
End-to-end specification & modeling of cross-departmental and cross-system core processes
Interface specifications for standardizing and automating new and existing business cases in S/PRI
Implementation and continuous optimization of multi-project management to control and prioritize all cross-departmental projects
Project management with budget and outcome responsibility
Introduction and integration of CRM systems
Supporting management in conceptual and strategic tasks, point of contact for strategic partners
Optimizing corporate controlling with reporting to management and investors (sales metrics, forecasts, liquidity, asset and performance dashboards)
Experience in process development and optimization
Knowledge of methods for leading (digital) projects
Experience applying OKRs or other (agile) frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Process know-how in telecommunications
S/PRI knowledge
Structured and independent working style
Hands-on mentality and communication skills
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Very good German and English skills
