Planning and implementation of a new Business Process Management suite to standardize processes
End-to-end specification & modelling of cross-departmental and cross-system core processes
Interface specifications to standardize and automate new and existing business cases in S/PRI
Introduction and continuous optimization of multi-project management to control and prioritize all cross-departmental projects
Cost- and results-responsible project management
Implementation and integration of CRM systems
Support of executive management in conceptual and strategic tasks, point of contact for strategic cooperation partners
Optimization of corporate controlling with reporting to executive management and investors (sales metrics, forecasts, dashboards of liquidity, assets and earnings)
Experience in process development and optimization
Methodological knowledge in leading (digital) projects
Experience with the application of OKRs or other (agile) frameworks (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
Process know-how in telecommunications
S/PRI knowledge
Structured and independent way of working
Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent German and English skills
