In the context of implementing and optimizing the Site and Project Management (SPM) tool in the mobile network area (B2X), the focus is on planning, construction, management, and optimization of several thousand sites for technical infrastructures. This includes securing suitable locations for mobile technology, handling lease agreements, obtaining building permits, and building and dismantling mobile towers. In addition, contract negotiations with property owners, coordination with district offices and the Federal Network Agency, as well as communication with local authorities and mayors to secure the necessary approvals are part of the projects. Efficient management of these projects and processes requires the use of the SPM software solution.
IT Project Management: creating software rollout and migration plans for the monthly releases of the SPM application, based on Sitetracker, considering all relevant dependencies using JIRA and stakeholder management
Test Management: planning, designing and executing all relevant test scenarios and validating the test results in the Site and Project Management (SPM) tool to meet the defined requirements using JIRA while considering user friendliness
System Integration: introducing and implementing changes within the site and project management (SPM) system landscape to optimize existing processes and systems
Stakeholder Management: developing and carrying out communication activities for software changes and rollouts, including creating documentation for management and software implementation and test teams using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and JIRA
Deployment Coordination: executing the implementation plans, including considering software quality requirements, preparing rollout documents and carrying out communication plans
Knowledge of mobile network planning
IT Project Management: experience in creating and executing software rollout and migration plans, ideally for applications like Sitetracker or similar systems.
Test Management: skills in planning, designing and executing test scenarios, as well as validating test results, preferably with JIRA or similar test management tools.
System Integration: experience in introducing and implementing changes within complex system landscapes to optimize existing processes.
Stakeholder Management: ability to develop and carry out communication measures for software changes and rollouts, including creating management documentation.
Deployment Coordination: experience in executing and monitoring implementation plans while considering software quality requirements.
