Description

In the context of implementing and optimizing the Site and Project Management (SPM) tool in the mobile network area (B2X), the focus is on planning, construction, management, and optimization of several thousand sites for technical infrastructures. This includes securing suitable locations for mobile technology, handling lease agreements, obtaining building permits, and building and dismantling mobile towers. In addition, contract negotiations with property owners, coordination with district offices and the Federal Network Agency, as well as communication with local authorities and mayors to secure the necessary approvals are part of the projects. Efficient management of these projects and processes requires the use of the SPM software solution.
