Ensuring the reorganization/strategic realignment through conceptual and operational support in the area of online (performance) marketing
The goal is to attract new users and retain existing ones through targeted performance marketing measures
Analysis and further development along the entire funnel: analyzing KPIs, organizational structures, and processes/models
Close coordination within the marketing team and at the executive board level
At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in performance marketing
Knowledge of (operational) campaign management required
Strong hands-on mentality
Conceptual thinking, strong communication skills, and quick comprehension
Interest in social networks and a broad perspective
Willingness to travel
