Our client is a telecommunications company. The service is required as part of a project for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system and its interfaces, especially to IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), as well as other stakeholders in security, data protection, legal, and the operational units in the business divisions. The scope includes coordinating all tasks as the single point of contact for the central BCM office and handling changes in the IT transformation program and related issues.
