Description
Our client is a telecommunications company. The service is required as part of a project for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system and its interfaces, especially to IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), as well as other stakeholders in security, data protection, legal, and the operational units in the business divisions. The scope includes coordinating all tasks as the single point of contact for the central BCM office and handling changes in the IT transformation program and related issues.
- Assessing changes in the program (technical, procedural, organizational) that impact the BCMS
- Developing potential procedural adjustments for interfaces with other stakeholders and management systems
- Advising stakeholders at all management levels
- Implementing new processes and procedures when needed
Requirements
Must Have:
- Knowledge in Business Continuity Management (BCM according to ISO 22301)
- Knowledge in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM according to ISO 27031)
- Experience in planning, implementation, training, auditing, and optimization of comprehensive, certifiable, regulatory-compliant Business Continuity Management Systems according to ISO 22301 and IT Service Continuity Management according to ISO 27031
- Holding certifications (ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor, CBCM - Certified Business Continuity Manager, ITIL)
Nice to have:
- Experience in telecommunications projects and especially with legal frameworks of critical infrastructure (KRITIS)
- Experience in technical procedures (ITIL, Cloud) and the use of Office 365 products
