The omnichannel is a business model that links all touchpoints with various customers to create a consistent customer experience. A commission and incentive model for all employees was implemented in 2020, and as of 01.10.23 a new commission model will be introduced to strengthen the teams’ results orientation and motivation and to reward high customer satisfaction. We are therefore seeking support for the implementation of this initiative from a Senior Consultant with demonstrable experience in commission and compensation mechanisms in the telecommunications environment.
