Description
Join an exciting project focused on agile transformation and product development at a leading company. The existing teams are organized as an Agile Release Train (ART) under a recognized scaling structure and follow agile principles and practices. As part of the team, you will advise a product development team on both software application development and the analysis of complex issues and workflows. Your role also includes sharing knowledge about agile values, principles, and practices and fostering collaboration inside and outside the Agile Release Train. This project gives you the chance to apply your experience as a facilitator in agile projects and grow professionally while working closely with an experienced team.
- Advise a product development team in software application development, organized together with other agile teams in an Agile Release Train (ART).
- Advise a cross-functional agile team, where each member takes on different tasks. Provide guidance on creating features and stories.
- Consult on the analysis of complex user issues and workflows and on implementing the analysis results in the application, considering new insights and changing external conditions.
- Share knowledge about the agile values, principles, and practices of the scaling structure and the "Agile Manifesto" with the team, the surrounding organization (e.g. the ART), and the team's stakeholders.
- Coach and advise the team on adhering to agile values, principles, and practices in daily work.
- Log all impediments in the Impediment Backlog (e.g. communication issues, personal conflicts, external disturbances during sprints). Facilitate meetings within the agile team (e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives) and in the ART.
- Coach the Product Owner regarding their role in the agile team and the product development organization.
- Advise on maintaining the relevance of agile artifacts (team backlog, sprint backlog, burndown charts, PI objectives, risks, etc.).
- Support tracking the "Definition of Done" for all deliverables of the agile team and the ART.
- Promote and advise on cross-team collaboration within the ART and beyond.
- Coach all roles in the agile team on agile ways of working.
