Description
The service relates exclusively to ESS, MSS, HCM Workflow or Portal focus and is to cover consulting, customizing, programming, support for implementations and performing updates/upgrades, in particular:
- Support services in the existing SAP system:
- Support for errors or issues (developing problem solutions)
- Support in conducting training for key users and end users
- General functional and technical consulting in the SAP environment
- Support in creating feasibility studies in the SAP environment
- Adaptation and go-live of new functions
- Ongoing adjustments to legal, collective agreement and software-technical changes
- Analysis and alignment of requirements in direct contact with clients
- Support for SAP upgrades
- Documentation of changes and adaptations made, including listing required authorizations
- Execution and documentation of test runs and evaluation of test results using SAP Solution Manager
- Further development of new SAP applications in the portal environment (e.g., self-services for changing bank details or personal address when moving)
- Additional support and assistance, training, supplementary consulting in the SAP environment, etc.
- Support in project management during the implementation of the listed services
- Identifying and documenting interface issues, along with breakdown of one or more solutions and presentation of advantages and disadvantages
Requirements
- Knowledge of Netweaver technology and other SAP components,
- Several years of practical experience in configuring, customizing, operating and maintaining an SAP HCM system based on ERP 6.0 or higher,
- Solid methodological knowledge, as well as skills and experience in setting up, adapting and applying business processes in personnel administration, especially in the advertised SAP components:
- Personnel Administration (HCM-PA),
- Organizational Management (HCM-OM),
- Time Management (HCM-PT),
- Travel Expense Management (FI-TV),
- SuccessFactors (Recruiting and Learning)
- Knowledge/experience in report creation using SAPQuery in personnel administration (PA, OM, PT, FI-TV),
- Knowledge/experience in HCM programming for custom reports,
- Verification of required procedural functionalities,
- Knowledge/experience in debugging,
- Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts including structural, backend and portal authorizations,
- Knowledge/experience in error tracking, e.g., application logs, dump analysis and authorization trace,
- Knowledge/experience in interface maintenance (connecting time recording systems, interfaces between HCM, other SAP modules and pre-entry systems),
- Several years of practical experience in IT project work as a project team member,
- Solid methodological knowledge, as well as skills and experience in setting up, adapting and applying business processes in personnel administration, especially in workflow creation and customization,
- Knowledge/experience in setting up and customizing ESS/MSS scenarios for personnel administration and travel expense management,
- Knowledge/experience in portal configuration (SAP FIORI),
- Knowledge/experience in workflow monitoring and administration,
- Knowledge/experience in ABAP workflow programming,
- Proven detailed knowledge in workflow (Processes & Forms),
