The service relates exclusively to ESS, MSS, HCM Workflow or Portal focus and is to cover consulting, customizing, programming, support for implementations and performing updates/upgrades, in particular:
- Support services in the existing SAP system:
- Support for errors or issues (developing problem solutions)
- Support in conducting training for key users and end users
- General functional and technical consulting in the SAP environment
- Support in creating feasibility studies in the SAP environment
- Adaptation and go-live of new functions
- Ongoing adjustments to legal, collective agreement and software-technical changes
- Analysis and alignment of requirements in direct contact with clients
- Support for SAP upgrades
- Documentation of changes and adaptations made, including listing required authorizations
- Execution and documentation of test runs and evaluation of test results using SAP Solution Manager
- Further development of new SAP applications in the portal environment (e.g., self-services for changing bank details or personal address when moving)
- Additional support and assistance, training, supplementary consulting in the SAP environment, etc.
- Support in project management during the implementation of the listed services
- Identifying and documenting interface issues, along with breakdown of one or more solutions and presentation of advantages and disadvantages
