The service will cover consulting, customizing, programming, implementation support, and performing updates/upgrades for the modules listed above, in particular:
- Ongoing support in the existing SAP system:
- Support for errors or issues (developing solutions), including bug fixes and documentation
- Assistance with training key users and end users
- Technical and functional support for applying support packages
- General functional and technical consulting in the SAP environment
- Assistance with feasibility studies in the SAP landscape
- Support in system analysis, e.g. to identify optimization potential, including analysis of master and transactional data
- Configuration and go-live of new features
- Ongoing adjustments to legal, tariff, and software changes
- Analysis and alignment of requirements in direct contact with clients
- Support for SAP upgrades
- Documentation of changes and configurations made, including required authorizations
- Conducting and documenting test runs and evaluating test results using SAP Solution Manager
- Support for further development of the listed modules, including go-live of new features, integrating requirements, and providing corresponding documentation
- Additional support services, training, and supplementary consulting in the SAP environment
- Project management support during the delivery of the services listed above
- Identifying and documenting interface issues, breaking down one or more solutions, and presenting their pros and cons
- Providing brief, concise insights that arise during service delivery, especially regarding special risks from service delivery, the current system status, or other causes. Suggestions for obvious system optimizations or important side effects from service delivery, e.g. during upgrades
- Consulting on the technology migration to S/4HANA.
