Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service Consultant (m/f/d) for our client starting immediately
The role includes analyzing business requirements, developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and tool usage.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.
- Implement and configure Salesforce solutions.
- Advise and train end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support integration of Salesforce with other systems.
Requirements
- Solid experience gathering, analyzing, and structuring business requirements in a service/field service environment (workshops, interviews, process mapping), with the ability to turn them into robust user stories and epics.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (object model, work orders, service appointments, territories, skills, maintenance plans, mobile app), including configuring flows, Omnichannel, workflows, and permission models.
- Proven project experience designing end-to-end processes (e.g. ticket-to-resolution, dispatching, scheduling, SLA-/troubleshooting processes) and implementing them in Salesforce following best practices and standard features.
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams: clearly translate business requirements into technical designs, create solution architectures, and align with developers/architects.
- Hands-on implementation experience including configuration, test case definition, functional acceptance support, cutover planning, and hypercare support; confident use of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and common ALM tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills (German and English), solid stakeholder management, and confident presence in client workshops, demos, and training sessions for dispatchers and technicians.
- Ideally Salesforce certifications (e.g. Field Service Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator) and high willingness to learn and motivation to leverage new Salesforce releases and features in a field service context.
