Description
A telecommunications company is looking for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to support their Service and Sales Cloud initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities.
- Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud projects.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, specifically in Service and Sales Cloud within the telecommunications industry.
