Description
Independently market our brand portfolio through innovative licensing, brand, and lifestyle collaborations to create unique brand experiences
Responsible for defined industries within the sales team, including strategic development, identifying and approaching target customers, and ongoing market and trend analysis
Establish new partnerships by acquiring new licensing partners and managing and developing existing licensees
Plan, manage, and control the budget for the responsible industries with a strategic focus
Attend relevant industry trade shows to capture trends and acquire potential partners
Customize marketing materials and proposals to precisely match individual customer needs
Act as the interface and first point of contact for external sales partners, including evaluating and aligning sales potentials
Promote effective collaboration between sales and brand management
Maintain and utilize the CRM system and opportunity overviews
Requirements
Ideally a degree in business administration with a focus on sales or a comparable commercial training
Relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising activities – ideally in licensing
Strong communication skills, excellent sense of language, and confident communication (spoken and written)
Negotiation expertise and sales talent
Enthusiasm and passion for the brands in our portfolio and for building a strong industry network
Commitment, teamwork, independent working style, and flexibility
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook)
