A company is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, promoting educational programs, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Customer Support & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Guide prospective families through the enrollment process with personalized support.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive Sales & Enrollment
- Promote programming courses, events, and camps to prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and nurture them through the decision-making process.
- Meet or exceed enrollment goals by delivering excellent service.
Administrative Support
- Collaborate with teaching teams to address student needs effectively.
- Assist in scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Must-have skills:
- Passion for education with a focus on positively impacting children's learning journeys.
- Tech-savviness with experience using CRM tools (preferably KOMMO) and email marketing platforms (preferably Stripo).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Background in sales, customer service, or education.
- Experience working in edtech environments or children's programs.
