Description

The contractor takes over project management in this project and actively participates in the development of the FTTH GPON project within the CTO executive division.

The client plans to serve the SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) market more strongly, in addition to the existing large customer market. The current system landscape is not designed for fully automated high-volume order processing.

To meet the requirements of the newly tapped market and to succeed, a greenfield approach will be used to implement new OSS functions for automated customer service provisioning, as well as corresponding automations along the service order management and provisioning (Order-2-Build) process.

Scope of services / Objectives: The main tasks are project management for the implementation of the necessary system adjustments and interfaces in the OSS area for FTTH GPON. This specifically includes:

  • Creating documentation on program content and program progress in Confluence
