Description
Building a door-to-door sales channel "from scratch"
Validating the existing business case
Developing a volume framework and regional and temporal distribution of potentials
Developing an organizational model with roles and responsibilities
Developing a sales concept including defining the sales channels, e.g. setting up an in-house sales team or external sales agencies
Developing job profiles and supporting recruitment
Developing compensation models and main contract, agency contract, etc.
Defining the order intake process, including evaluating possible tools and, if necessary, selecting an external service provider for new and existing customers
Developing a sales management model
Creating a concept for quality assurance and fraud prevention
Testing the sales approach and managing sales in the first weeks
Requirements
Experienced project manager with at least 5 years of professional experience
Telecommunications experience
Concrete experience with door-to-door sales in design and implementation (must-have)
