Description
For our client company in the financial services sector, we are looking for a Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d). The client has commissioned us to steer a cross-departmental sales project to acquire new software distribution partners. The focus is on developing a partner sales strategy and integrating it into existing financial services solutions.
Tasks:
- Steering the cross-departmental sales project to acquire new distribution partners in integrated software solutions (ISV – Independent Software Vendor)
- Supporting the acquisition of these strategically important partners
- Developing a comprehensive software partner sales strategy and defining relevant KPIs
- Managing the integrated sales together with the client's financial services solutions
- Supporting the design and implementation of the software partner sales strategy
- Collaborating in the development and implementation of new processes and shaping the organization
Requirements
Experience in ISV partner sales.
ISV = Independent Software Vendor – specifically POS system manufacturers (e.g. Vectron) or providers of solutions for the HoReCa sector including payment interfaces (e.g. Gastronovi)
Background: You want to work better with these companies and need someone who understands their business
Payment experience – desirable
Also happy to have experience in payment service providers (e.g. Payone etc.)
The person should have a basic understanding of the payment business
Strategic sales experience (developing a partner sales machine)
You need a consultant to develop the operating model of the future with you.
The consultant must be able to clearly explain how you can work better internally and with customers in the future
Hands-on and assertive (immediate support in the current "manufacturing process")
The consultant must also be hands-on in the project now and ensure its success
They need to dive into topics and lead from the front on problems
