A company is seeking an experienced consultant to support a transformation program modernizing the technical landscape and operating model. The goal is to deliver an improved customer experience, faster time-to-market, and reduced costs through the introduction of modern product catalog, order management, and CRM/CIM systems.
The focus of this role is to advise the subject matter teams in Mobile Postpaid Retention value management and the regulatory Best-Tariff-Advice process. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze existing functionalities in legacy systems, propose improvement options, and define requirements for new target systems such as Salesforce and Adobe.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising subject matter teams (Portfolio Planning & Scoping Team, Tribes, Product Owner) on Mobile Postpaid Retention value management and the regulatory Best-Tariff-Advice process.
- Analyzing existing value management functionalities and Best-Tariff-Advice logic in legacy systems such as Salcus and Oracle.
- Developing proposals for improvements in customer value management and Best-Tariff-Advice prior to migration into new systems.
- Assisting with the technical and functional specification of requirements for the new target systems Salesforce and Adobe.
- Reporting relevant KPIs for Mobile Postpaid value management and the Best-Tariff-Advice process in old (Salcus) and new (Salesforce) systems using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
- Providing consultancy on setting up new KPIs, reports, and processes for Mobile Postpaid value management and the Best-Tariff-Advice process in Salesforce and Adobe.
