Conversion of business requirements and functionalities for B2X brand products and services into features that serve as technical specs for implementation by outsourcing partners.
Planning the feature backlog using #Scrum and #Agile methods.
Documenting and tracking features and tasks with JIRA, as well as prioritization and quality management within the value stream.
Analyzing and documenting requirements for payment methods in the postpaid business model, including bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and integration of payment service providers.
Creating requirements for credit checks, dunning, debt collection, and their processes.
Sprint planning for the value stream.
Business evaluation of features within requirement engineering.
Test management activities, especially E2E and launch readiness tests, reviewing test plans and test cases for the test journey.
Must-have Skills:**
Stakeholder Management – Confident handling of internal and external stakeholders, especially business analysts and development teams.
Project Management – Experience coordinating and managing projects in a technical environment.
Backlogs & User Stories – Ability to create, manage, and prioritize backlogs and user stories for new feature development.
Product Management – Knowledge of technical and functional definition of app features and their implementation.
Test Management – Ensuring technical feasibility as well as validating and testing new features.
Requirements Engineering – Gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and functional requirements.
Payment Processing & Financial Systems – Experience with payment processes and financial systems is a plus.
Agile Methodology – Experience with agile development processes and application.
JIRA & Confluence – Proficient use of JIRA and Confluence for documentation and coordination of development processes.
Requirements Management – Structured development, documentation, and management of requirements for technical projects.
Nice-to-have Skills:**
Business Informatics – Background in business informatics or related fields.
Product Development – Experience in conceptualizing and developing new digital products.
Quality Management – Knowledge of quality management and ensuring technical standards.
Technical Documentation – Creating and maintaining technical documentation, especially in PowerPoint and Confluence.
Computer Science – Basic understanding of software architecture and IT systems.
