Blueprinting Management: Technical and functional definition of app features for the development of the new self-care apps.
Feature Specification: Creation of concepts for complex features, particularly authentication mechanisms and security classes (network login, password protection, two-factor authentication)
User Access Management: Definition of permissions within security classes and design of upgrade/downgrade mechanisms based on user actions and session status
Technical Coordination: Coordination with business analysts to evaluate technical feasibility and develop final concept decisions
Documentation & Reporting: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in PowerPoint as well as continuous progress reports on the blueprinting process
System Architecture: Analysis and consideration of the platform and underlying system architecture to ensure seamless integration of new features
Problem Resolution: Identification and resolution of technical challenges until handover to the development team in Spain
Project Collaboration: Use and management of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for coordinating and documenting development progress
Professional Requirements:
Experience in Blueprinting Management: Ability to define app features technically and functionally, particularly in the self-care domain.
Knowledge in Feature Specification: Expertise in designing and documenting complex features, especially in authentication and security (e.g., network login, password protection, two-factor authentication).
Experience with User Access Management: Ability to define and manage user permissions within security classes and to design upgrade/downgrade mechanisms.
Technical Understanding of System Architecture: Knowledge of platform architectures and integration processes to ensure smooth feature implementation.
Experience in Technical Coordination: Collaboration with business analysts to evaluate technical feasibility and develop final concept decisions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges until handover to the development team.
Methodical & Tool-related Requirements:
Experience in Agile Development: Proficient use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for coordinating and documenting development progress.
Documentation Competence: Creation of technical documentation in PowerPoint and reporting on the blueprinting process.
Communication & Coordination Skills: Effective collaboration with business and development teams, especially for resolving technical questions.
