Blueprinting Management: Technical and functional definition of app features for developing the new self-care apps.
Feature Specification: Creating concepts for complex features, especially authentication mechanisms and security classes (network login, password protection, two-factor authentication)
User Access Management: Defining permissions within security classes and designing upgrade and downgrade mechanisms based on user actions and session status
Technical Coordination: Coordinating with business analysts to evaluate technical feasibility and develop final concept decisions
Documentation & Reporting: Creating and maintaining technical documentation in PowerPoint and providing continuous progress reports on the blueprinting process
System Architecture: Analyzing and considering the platform and underlying system architecture to ensure seamless integration of new features
Problem Resolution: Identifying and solving technical challenges up to handover to the developer team in Spain
Project Collaboration: Using and managing relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to coordinate and document development progress
Technical Requirements:
Experience in Blueprinting Management: Ability to technically and functionally define app features, especially in the self-care area.
Feature Specification Knowledge: Expertise in designing and documenting complex features, particularly in authentication and security (e.g., network login, password protection, two-factor authentication).
User Access Management Experience: Ability to define and manage user permissions within security classes and design upgrade/downgrade mechanisms.
Technical Understanding of System Architecture: Knowledge of platform architectures and integration processes to ensure smooth feature implementation.
Technical Coordination Experience: Collaborating with business analysts to evaluate technical feasibility and develop final concept decisions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve technical challenges up to handover to the developer team.
Methodical & Tool-related Requirements:
Agile Development Experience: Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to coordinate and document development progress.
Documentation Skills: Creating technical documentation in PowerPoint and reporting on the blueprinting process.
Communication & Coordination Skills: Effective collaboration with business and development teams, especially to resolve technical issues.
