PO and Project Manager of a scaled agile online IT CRM project with a focus on contract renewals, cross-selling and churn prevention:
Three agile teams
Including development resources
Monthly project reporting at C-level and department head level
Prioritization of the project backlog in coordination with project sponsors & other stakeholders from the Customer Marketing & Omnichannel business units
Facilitation of all Scrum rituals for the three Scrum delivery teams (Daily, Refinement, Planning, Review, Retro) in coordination with the Business Scrum Master, Tech Scrum Master and TechPO
Ongoing alignment with initiative owners (stream leads), TechPO and other team members to prepare for Program Increment Planning and during the delivery phase of the program increment
Monitoring and support from solution finding to finalization of features and acceptance of user stories
Continuous refinement of the project setup in coordination with the Scrum Masters
PMO tasks:
Project budget management
Team management and recruiting new project members in coordination with stakeholders and TechPO
Coordination with adjacent B2C projects for synergy realization
