For an energy company we are looking for experienced support in marketing management. The role will work closely with the marketing management and the product owner of the client's website to optimize its performance.
- Support for all operational marketing activities
- Management of ad sponsorships (handling requests, selecting/sending ads, and billing)
- Coordination of partnership management (project management, liaison with partners, support in event execution)
- Conceptualization and coordination of the production of communication materials (e.g. posters, flyers)
- Management of social media ads via Flyeralarm
- Support of event management in planning and executing events (city festivals, etc.)
- Managing customer centers regarding the provision of communication materials
- Supervising internal and external service providers
- Management and continuous content maintenance of the company's website (using a content management system and a digital agency)
- Coordination and ensuring the currency of website content (interface to corporate communications, e.g. news, events, etc.)
- Management and implementation of website development measures
- Onsite campaign execution together with product management and marketing
- Improving conversion rates through continuous optimization of user flow and sales funnel
- Ongoing analysis of user data and onsite KPIs, deriving optimization possibilities and testing them via A/B tests
- Implementing SEO measures in collaboration with a digital agency
- Supporting and collaborating with the performance marketing manager to increase traffic and conversions
- Briefing and management of external digital agencies
