Description
A company is looking for an experienced project acquisition specialist in building construction to identify and acquire new construction projects. The focus is on technical consulting and service orientation towards potential clients. There is no existing network of customers, so a completely new network must be built.
- Identification and acquisition of new construction projects in the industrial and commercial building sector.
- Building a new network of potential clients in East Germany.
- Technical consulting and support for potential clients.
- Developing tailor-made solutions for clients' requirements.
- Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high service quality.
- Attending trade fairs and managing 1-2 trade fairs as an exhibitor.
- Regular reporting to management.
- Sales region: entire East Germany
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Most recently worked as a project manager in building construction (turnkey) (residential, industrial and/or commercial)
- Primarily comes from operational business
- Practical experience with cost estimation in building construction
- General knowledge of the market
- Strong service orientation and values high quality
- High willingness to travel (3-4 days/week – few overnight stays)
