Our client's new customer and cross-sell team is looking for a Campaign Manager who will independently handle the creation, planning, and analysis of various white mailing campaigns and drive the potential reactivation of the outbound channel.
Design and execution of cross- and upsell campaigns (primarily white mailing channel)
If needed, support the reactivation of the outbound channel by: A) driving topics and preparing presentations and decision templates B) refining the business case C) supporting project management D) providing expertise on call center management, campaign setup, technical requirements, etc.
Experience in campaign management
Experience in CRM and marketing
Experience with outbound campaigns
