Description
- Business process analysis and business process consulting for ServiceNow modules with a focus on ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM Discovery
- Architecture management and consulting for the ServiceNow cloud solution
- Methodical consulting and technical support for implementing projects with ServiceNow software (especially in the area of [IT] Service Management)
- Advising and evaluating functional requirements and possible mapping to standard modules and features for the ServiceNow cloud solution, considering architecture and feasibility
- Technical support and advice in creating IT solution architectures related to the ServiceNow platform, taking into account both company standards and market standards
- Technical support for architecture decisions, considering ServiceNow standard modules
- Analyzing current states and developing target states with a strong focus on standardization within the ServiceNow platform
- Preparing decision documents
- Presenting on complex issues and documentation
- Providing relevant project information and communicating with the project's stakeholders
- Organizing, planning, running, and moderating workshops
- Gathering information and bringing stakeholders together
- Contributing to IT strategy and IT architecture topics in the mentioned environment, including migration strategies
Requirements
- Experience in architecture consulting, analysis, and digitization on ServiceNow Cloud technology in at least one project
- Experience in architecture consulting and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., Asset Management or Service Management) Nice
- Experience with ITIL and service management processes (at least two projects)
- Problem-solving and work organization know-how in agile projects
- Communication and facilitation know-how
- Process models and process consulting
- Experience in methodical and technical consulting and support for implementing business processes in the ServiceNow ITSM module (in at least two projects)
- Experience in methodical and technical consulting and support for implementing business processes in the ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) module (in at least two projects)
