Description
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist who works in 1st and 2nd level support and ensures reliable and sustainable resolution of customer issues.
- Handling IT service requests via ticketing system, email, and phone.
- Collaborating with the 1st & 2nd level support team.
- Continuously improving the support process and the knowledge management system.
- Taking on ITIL roles, for example in change management and design.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, ideally in 1st and 2nd level.
- Familiarity with using ticketing systems.
- Good communication skills via email and phone.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly change management and design.
