The external specialist takes on tasks within their assignment through regular professional exchange with the implementation team. This is done according to agile methods by pulling tasks resulting from user stories.
Business cases/business models (5 years of experience in presenting and weighing the projected financial and strategic impact of a project or initiative)
Business process analysis and design (5 years of experience in documenting, modeling, analyzing, and optimizing processes)
Know-how in identifying opportunities/risks (3 years of experience in root cause analysis, proposing solutions, evaluating solutions)
Communication and moderation know-how (3 years of experience in communication skills for coordinating with interface partners)
Fluent German skills
