Description
Manage the quality performance at the production site
Responsible for customer complaints management to ensure complaints are managed and manage supplier quality and complaints by applying problem- solving techniques
Responsible for providing overall quality data and analysis and Q reporting within relevant scopes
Responsible for certification of the area according to DIN ISO 9001, IATF16949
Requirements
Many years of quality experience in the automotive environment and strong problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of quality documentation and quality methods (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Why, SPC analysis, Pareto, PDCA, Kaizen)
Experience in creating work and process instructions Knowledge of PPAP according to VDA 6.3
Hands-on mentality and shop floor oriented
