Description
- Enable R&D operations:
- Ensure availability of lab and office space –: negotiations with landlords, developers, architects etc.
- Ensure together with lab ops that infrastructure, instrumentation and maintenance is in place
- Report to and interact closely with Chief People & Administration Officer (CPAO)
- Enable HR & business processes in Germany: negotiation and signing of employment contracts, relocation support, interaction with service providers such as Cintinus (payroll) or International Office (in partnership with the CPAO)
- Interaction with lawyers and patent lawyers on corporate law, tax law, labor law, IP and others (in partnership with the CPAO)
- Support the general wellbeing, safety and engagement of the employees in the GmbH
- Ensure liquidity of the GmbH and calculate quarterly capital calls
- Interact with tax advisor to provide monthly and annual financial statements in German GAAP and US- GAAP with the support of the accounting manager (in partnership with the Corporate Controller)
