Managing discussions about employee benefits and concerns while promoting a positive work environment
Administrative tasks throughout the employee cycle, from contract drafting to issuing references
Responsible for talent development, training programs, and continuing education opportunities
Leading and supporting the HR team with daily tasks and projects
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding employment, working conditions, and HR procedures

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a leadership role within a matrix organization
Solid knowledge of labor law in the DACH region, personnel management and development, and practical application
Experience implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Experience working with works councils
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
