The position covers the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve our patient marketing ambitions in Germany. The expected candidate will have a deep understanding of patient segments and their needs, carry out tailored activities, and drive new strategic topics. Close collaboration with other teams such as Communications, B2B Marketing, and Go-to-market is expected.
- Build a strong brand and shape the value proposition for patients in Germany.
- Own the development and execution of the patient marketing strategy for Germany.
- Develop the marketing mix for Germany to meet awareness, traffic, and booking goals. This includes optimizing existing channels, integrating new channels, and introducing an ROI-focused approach.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Build a deep understanding of our current and potential patients, including usage and online booking habits, needs, pain points, and demographics.
- Design and create comprehensive data dashboards to set priorities and track action plans, in close collaboration with the data and research teams.
- Identify partnership opportunities, build, maintain, and execute strategic partnerships.
- Lead a team of more than 5 employees.
