You lead process planning and efficiency improvement projects across a wide range of industries.
Based on workshops, you work with our clients to develop target processes, analyze them using MTM or REFA methods, and identify further improvement measures.
You are responsible for designing new and existing workstations in production.
You also carry out production flow balancing (line balancing).
You prepare the results you have determined, present them to the client, and support the implementation of the defined measures into operational practice.
Above-average technical training or a completed (industrial) engineering degree with a focus on Industrial Engineering or a similar field
Knowledge of REFA and/or MTM methods, as well as work and time management and lean management.
Willingness to travel internationally and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
As an analytical, strategic, and conceptual communicator, you interact confidently on an international stage and with all hierarchical levels.
