Description
- Advising and coaching managers and employees on all HR-related issues
- Involvement in strategic matters alongside operational recruitment activities
- Support for change processes and talent and team development programs

Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, law or business law with a focus on human resources, or equivalent qualification
- Solid professional experience in HR, preferably including experience as an HR Business Partner in a young and dynamic corporate environment
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality and high social competence
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as good organizational skills
- Business fluent German and English
