Description
- Responsible for HR management at five local production sites (500 employees) and international locations (800 employees), including disciplinary leadership of 9 HR staff
- Continuing strategic HR concepts in line with corporate strategy, e.g. in personnel development, talent management, succession planning, as well as team and organizational development
- Point of contact and coordinator for further development of the interdisciplinary management team at international level (project-based)
- Advising and supporting management, leaders and employees on all HR and labor law matters
- Cooperative and goal-oriented collaboration with the local works council
- Collaboration, team building, and alignment of HR strategies with the global HR team
- Reporting to CEO
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Broad generalist HR expertise and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally at an international level
- Extensive expertise in all HR-related areas, especially labor law, talent and change management, coaching, and organizational development
- Experience in constructive collaboration with works councils, ideally with collective agreement know-how
- Proven conceptual and strategic skills combined with deep change management experience and the ability to lead international teams in a results-oriented way
- Strong analytical skills paired with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
