Description
A company is running an exhibition on serial killers at Neukölln Speicher, Berlin, open since September 2025, and is seeking a freelance press officer based in Berlin.
The goal of the project is to create and distribute press releases to local media contacts, ensuring maximum exposure for the exhibition. The collaboration will initially be assigned for the first press release, with the possibility of extending to two additional releases based on performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and send three press releases for the exhibition from now until the end of the show (January 2025).
- Write press releases based on data and information provided by the company.
- Distribute the press releases to local media contacts, including newspapers, magazines, online outlets, and social media influencers.
- Coordinate and welcome potential visits from journalists, influencers, or TV crews at the exhibition.
Requirements
- Established contacts with local journalists and influential social media personalities.
- Experience in media outreach and press release distribution.
- Ability to provide a fee proposal for a single release as well as for all three.
