Description
Our client is a telecommunications company. They are in the process of shifting their sales organization from product sales to solution selling (Consultative Selling). Their goal is to position themselves as a long-term "Trusted Advisor" for all digitization topics with their customers.
Tasks:
- Designing a training and coaching series to develop service managers into "Trusted Advisors"
- Conducting trainings and coaching sessions themselves
- Acting as the point of contact in the training process
Requirements
Must have:
- Extensive knowledge in service management and contract management for technology-driven providers
- Expert in complex IT projects
- Very good knowledge and experience in developing trainings and coaching programs
Nice to have:
- Experience in the telecommunications sector
