A company is looking for an experienced structural monitoring expert to ensure the safety of dam structures and verify the quality of measurement data. The project's goal is to optimize structural monitoring through professional data analysis, supplier coordination, and employee training.
The expert will play a key role in reviewing and maintaining measurement data as well as coordinating ad-hoc investigations and inspections. They will also be responsible for expanding the measurement network and optimizing existing tools.
Main tasks:
- Professionally review structural monitoring measurement data (data quality, completeness, outliers)
- Initiate and conduct ad-hoc investigations/inspections for suspicious measurements
- Coordinate external suppliers for the replacement of defective or worn-out level sensors
- Check individual maintenance intervals of measuring devices/systems and present results to the client
- Coordinate suppliers to expand the measurement network by equipping it with electric sensors
- Maintain measurement and control programs regarding measurement technology and inspection cycles
- Provide necessary SAS structural information to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize the use of existing tools (Webviewer, DamCo, WISKI database)
- Plan and conduct around 10 online trainings on the tools
- Provide technical advice for special inspections of individual structures
