Our client is looking for support with external know-how in the Lima area.
Tasks:
Supporting the team with data migration: understanding the migration cohorts, identifying and extracting data from Lima, transferring it to the target ERP Kraken with minimal errors, bug fixing, etc.
If there's less to do in migration: automating processes in Lima or automating ticket handling using PA, Python and/or LLM
Implementing items from the (long) automation backlog. Topics cover the entire customer service of an energy retailer: from supplier switch to complaint to billing and collection
Hands-on implementation and relieving/supporting the on-site team
Deep experience with the Lima ERP tool (at least 3 years of professional experience)
Deep knowledge of processes in energy supply, especially energy retail (at least 3 years of professional experience). Preferably experience in supplier switching
Know-how in process automation with e.g. Power Automate, UiPath or others
