The Partner Tribe designs all partner journeys and the management of the partner lifecycle, including commission billing.
Objectives: Seamless and efficient processes for all commission-related processes and journeys concerning partner sales (B2P & B2C). Services are delivered in the Payment for Partners (P4P) value stream. This includes handling wholesale billing and commission payments for distribution partners, brand partners, service providers, and joint ventures. The delivery includes features from blueprinting to launch.
- Describing and detailing requirements for new features, including functional aspects in Jira and Confluence.
- Identifying dependencies and risks and assessing their impact on existing systems and components.
- Planning and steering feature blueprinting while considering open tasks from previous plannings.
- Advising on dependencies, solutions, and risks within the project.
- Creating and maintaining relevant documents in the areas of data protection and security.
- Providing professional advice to the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owners (APO) in selecting and planning features for upcoming planning intervals.
- Reviewing blueprint artifacts as well as accompanying and approving test cases, test steps, and tests to ensure market readiness.
